I am 68 yrs old and was traveling with my 73 yr old sister on Labor Day weekend. I ran over a curb leaving a parking lot and was afraid I had damaged my car. I called Meineke for an inspection as I didn't want to get on the interstate if there was damage. They were very busy but did the inspection within an hour. Thankfully, there was no issue with my car. Meineke didn't even charge me for the inspection. I can't thank them enough!

Morgan Smith,I went to the Meineke in Hopkinsville, dropped my car off Friday July 3, they had my car for a week and never checked my car, and never called me for any updates. I finally went by to pick it up on Friday July 10th, they gave me a copy of what they did, and it was blank. I was ROYALLY pissed. That Monday I called one of the managers (John) at the Meineke store in Clarksville and he said he could have my car looked at on Thursday. He gave me an estimate of what was wrong with it, fixed it and had it ready for me to be picked up Saturday before they closed. My car works perfectly fine with no issues. 10/10 recommend, John and his team were super nice, efficient, definitely worth the money!

We went over the issues with the time estimate, the lack of communication, and the response I received at the front desk. After our conversation, the manager informed me that the individuals involved had been let go due to performance issues. They also offered me a free oil change as a gesture for the inconvenience. I appreciate the manager taking the time to call, owning the situation, and following through with concrete action. That level of accountability is what customers look for, and it goes a long way toward rebuilding trust. While the original experience was frustrating, the way management handled the follow-up was professional and responsive.
