My go-to mechanic was too busy and I needed my '97Jeep worked on before going on a camping trip in Eastern TN. I thought the new Meineke location, a few blocks from my house, was for EV's only, but was relieved and grateful they were able to change the oil, replace the serpentine belt, flushed fluids from cooling system, brakes, rotated tires, in the same day! They also provided me with a detailed list of recommendations, upon inspection, and checked things I had not considered; like struts, valve cover gasket, tie rods etc. And they provided proof with links to images of all that! It was a pleasure working with the manager, John, who was very helpful and patient with me and answered all my questions. Since moving to Clarksville, I've had the same mechanic for 14 years and he's kept my Jeep roadworthy all this time, but his shop is not convenient and I end up leaving it with him for a few days, but this new Meineke shop is quick and so close I could walk home . I was surprised when they told me I could get a free tow there if I was within a five mile radius! The Jeep runs great now and my trip was a success. I don't want a new car, so I'll need to prioritize and complete the maintenance recommendations and hope to put another 150,000 miles on that Jeep. She will be 30 next year! Many thanks to the mechanics who did such a great job! It's so nice to have honest work done right.

They were respectful and made sure I understood the actual issue (I’m not very mechanically knowledgeable). They were very kind and accommodating. John the manager was extremely nice, when I ended up having to cancel the repair he was more than helpful. If you ever need service, I would recommend this place. I normally am weary of mechanic shops as I don’t typically understand what they are telling me but had no issues here. All staff were very kind! Would 10/10 come back if I needed anything else done with my vehicle!

I called Meineke for an inspection as I didn't want to get on the interstate if there was damage. They were very busy but did the inspection within an hour. Thankfully, there was no issue with my car. Meineke didn't even charge me for the inspection. I can't thank them enough!
