Incredible place. Incredibly quick and friendly service, especially considering we were walk ins. We were helped by Jeremy and he was super helpful, truly went above and beyond. They ran full diagnostics and figured out the problem but didn’t have the parts to fix it so they went ahead and connected us to an expert at the dealership and telling us about a recalled part, meaning we might even get it fixed for free. Not to mention, they didn’t even charge us for all of this. Honestly made a bad situation MUCH easier, if I wasn’t passing through I’d make Jeremy my emergency contact.

As a woman, I’ve often felt pressured into extra services I didn’t actually need, only to have my regular mechanic later confirm that these services we're unwarranted.. So I tend to walk in a little guarded. From the moment I called to make ask a question about my appointment, that feeling changed. I was greeted by Kyra, who was immediately warm, friendly, and welcoming. While I waited, I watched her interact with customers, greeting many by name. It was clear they were repeat clients, and just as clear that she genuinely cared about each person. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and refreshingly confident in a field where that’s not always the case. The 2nd biggest thing that stood out, no upselling! Not once did anyone try to push unnecessary services, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, the oil change included a tire rotation and was actually cheaper than the Groupon deals I had been using elsewhere. The lobby was clean, comfortable, and inviting, not the typical “afterthought” waiting area you expect at an auto shop. Even the bathroom was clean, which says a lot. That said, even if the price, lobby, and overall experience weren’t better than other places, I would still come back and become a regular simply because of Kyra. She alone makes this location stand out. This is now my new oil change business!
Deziray Click,This Meineke is the best car repair place I've ever been to. They inspected my check engine light and then Corey figured out that my PCV valve needed to be replaced and I haven't had any problems with it since! They are also willing to work with you on the best time to drop off your car or come in for an appointment which I find quite convenient. I will definitely be using them in the future, hopefully for more routine things rather than my check engine light.
Melody Bird,Was going to edmond toyota for my 2012 highlander, but after a 3rd strike, I switched to one in okc. Whelp, that location was closed this past Saturday, and I needed my car looked at ASAP. How happy I am that they were closed and I got to experience Meineke! A few weeks ago, I took my car into edmond, let them know it was making a noise. They said it was normal....weird bc it hadn't been sounding like that the whole time ive had it? Anyways..Noise went away for a week, but came back with a fury. Well, this past Friday, there was something similar to a piece of metal rolling around. I took my car in first thing Saturday morning, no appointment, no call in for a heads up, yet these folks had it diagnosed and quoted within an hour. (Water pump failure) They were upfront, communicative, so very friendly, just all around amazing! Very reasonably priced, too. Car was done by Tuesday early afternoon. She runs amazing again! Thank you so much. I plan to use yall for any future concerns and issues
