I contacted David in the morning because I needed an estimate on my brakes. I was hoping to get in that day because I had a feeling they were in bad shape. I spoke with David and he was very nice and accommodating and got me in within a few hours. I went to the shop and they did the inspection. Afterwards, David gave me a visual inspection and pointed out the problems. He made sure I could see the visual difference between the front and back brakes. He then provided me with the quote which aligned with what I was thinking. He then proceeded to tell me he could get me in the same day to repair them. I said I wasnt prepared to do this because I had to work out transportation issues. He then offered to help with this obstacle as well. I still was unable to make it happen. Since then, I had a friend who let me know he could take care of my brakes. And I mention this because had that not happened, I would have proceeded with having this Meineke do the repairs. David was very friendly, thorough and accommodating. I very much appreciated his kindess!

sethious1,Edit: The store manager reached out to me directly after my bad experience and offered for me to come it for the original sale price offered. I went in today for an oil change and he made it right. Service was fast and efficient as well. Thanks for making it right! I made an appointment online for an oil change on Feb. 28th several days prior. I called to confirm this and was told the total would be 24.62 with the special regardless of oil type. When I showed up early to my appointment the tech was rude and told me they wouldn’t have time to do it that day even though I had an appointment. He left for a moment and then came back and stated the total would be around $79. When I said I called and had confirmed the price and date, he said the special ended the day prior. I was not told this when I called.
