Auto Repair Reviews for Meineke Shop #571
I love this particular shop on Rossville Ave. The guys are so nice and helpful and don’t rip you off! A special shout out to Louis — he keeps his Word!! Also the young lady🍓, Emily, is super nice , very smary and helpful. I also overheard them discussing someone else’s car and saying how she didn’t really need this extra part and I was thinking most other shops would have just I told her that and ripped her off. I will be going here From now on with both my cars for any mechanical needs Uodate 10/21/26 Another great experience today!! I will now be going here for all my car needs! I have alwsys used Goodyear (All Tire on Amboy rd) and have found Meineke on Rossville Ave much more competent; helpful and their customer servuce is outstanding!!
D DeBratto,I have been going to this car shop for a while now and they've consistently been the best I've dealt with . Everytime I come in they are very honest about what my car needs and never tried to push unnecessary repairs. The pricing is always fair and work is done quickly and correctly the first time . The staff is friendly and professional And they explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. It's very hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days. This place really stands out I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest car care . Louie is the Best !
jennie angello, this place is amazing, I’ve been going there for all my car service needs for years now and each and every single time I’m never ever disappointed every repair or service I get done. It’s always done right the first time always a great price always exceptional phenomenal service. Everyone there is so nice and helpful if there’s ever a wait, they let you know exactly how long it’ll take and each and every time they’re right on if they say an hour wait it’s an hour wait sometimes less never do they say an hour wait and you’re there 2 or 3 hours they are always busy and that’s for good reason because they are amazing at what they do so have a little patience and go there for service I promise you won’t be disappointed.
John Roccomboli,I had oil changed yesterday Service was excellent. The main point is When they talk customer very nice and respectful. Second time I came to shop new battery , oil changed and inspection I didn’t wait too long pretty good I happy with service well done. I visited second time waiting less than 15 minutes busy days. I love it thank you for your service.
aung oo,I’ve been taking my car to the Meineke in Rossville for all my service needs. I currently own a 2007 Kia Sportage and because of this place, it’s still running fine. The people there are honest and not trying to upsell you on anything. If something needs to get done, they’ll tell you the truth. That goes a long way with me. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Especially, the two main guys at the counter. For being such a busy shop, the wait actually isn’t bad. Service is done in a timely manner. I can’t say enough about this place. Thanks guys for your hard work and honesty.
