They did a great job on my car and let me come out to see the issues they came across so I had first hand knowledge of what they were seeing. Amber Norcia,I was charged for an oil change but the filter was not replaced … which made the oil look dirty. I called Chris , who is the “ boss man “ for multiple stores .. he resolved my issue and took action to ensure this kind of situation doesn’t occur in the future. Despite the issues that I have had, I was at least made to feel comfortable about bringing my vehicle back there.
Curtis Dennis,Visiting the area from Sun City AZ, found myself in need of an oil change. Meineke was basically across the highway from the RV park we were staying at. Set an online appointment and was able to get in first thing Saturday morning. Nick got me set up and started. Coffee was available and the tv was on. Wait was less than 1/2 hour and the oil change was done. The mechanic, Stephan, found the my right read shock was pretty much blown out and the left one was leaking badly (Chevy 1/2 Ton Silverado). As we were towing out new to us bumper pull camper for the first time the shocks needed to be replaced and quickly ( scheduling issue). Nick had the socks to the shop within 30 minutes. Long review but be advised this team at Meineke, Nick (manager), Stephan and Levi did a very personal and professional job. I would highly recommend this location for servicing your vehicle whether you live here or you are visiting.
