Auto Repair Reviews for Meineke Shop #3044
Outstanding Service and Honest Advice at the New Neighborhood Location I booked an early morning appointment online at the new Meineke location on Lake Mead Parkway, mainly because it’s a quick walk from my house and I wanted to get my Ford running in peak condition. I arrived early for their opening, and the manager, Christian, was ready to go right at 7:30 AM. I explained that I wanted to get the car running as smoothly as possible without breaking the bank, mentioning a few known items like an oil change, a minor alignment issue noted during a previous tire swap, and an annoying morning vibration at stop signs. Rather than pushing unnecessary work, Christian suggested starting with a thorough 50-point inspection so we could look at actual data and prioritize together. The digital inspection process was completely transparent. They identified the exact root cause of the shaking—worn motor and engine torque mounts—along with the alignment, a tune-up, and necessary fluid services. The technician did a fantastic job running the diagnostics and completing the repairs. Christian walked me through the breakdown step-by-step, applied a very generous discount to keep the costs manageable, and made sure I felt fully in control of what was being serviced. It has been a few days and my Ford drives smoothly now with zero vibration, the alignment is spot on, and I have complete peace of mind knowing the car is solid. Exceptional customer service, top-tier technical work, and absolute honesty. Having a shop this reliable right down the street is a huge win for the neighborhood. I highly recommend Christian and his team.
Charles NeSmith,Kazma was a very kind and authentic individual. He helped me plug in my numbers for my income so that I could get a line of credit through one of their third-party companies This was extremely helpful as I very much needed alone at the time in order to fix my vehicle Thanks so much Kazma for your professional and diligent assistance! -Kyle Fitz
Kyle,I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Meineke today! I got a flat tire and had to pull into the parking lot because I had no idea how to change it. Anthony came out to help me, changed my tire, and then they took my car in right away and fixed it. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the customer service was amazing. Anthony truly went above and beyond when I was stuck, and I’m so grateful for his help. Thank you so much! My husband and I will definitely be coming back and recommending Meineke to others! ❤️
Hailey Mueller,Took my 2017 Toyota Prius in for an oil change and had a great experience. Everything went smoothly, the service was quick, and the customer service was excellent. The shop looks brand new and is very clean and well kept. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change. Highly recommend!
Blake Boege,Amazing, Amazing experience. I drove in from out of town yesterday to see my family and new grand daughter. While on the road, I unfortunately had a lug-nut & wheel stud break off. My son mentioned a new Meineke opened up around the corner. I stopped in met with Anthony & let’s just say, this guy was amazing, not only did he take care of the problem rather quickly I might add, but he was very caring and kind. This will be my new place to come while in town, plus I told my son who lives here in Vegas about my experience, he will be happily sharing the experience I received with all of his colleagues and friends. Thank you Anthony & Meneike for the amazing experience.
