I had a really great experience at Meineke. Every associate, including the service and repair staff, was friendly and professional. The team was forthcoming and transparent about the work my car needed, the associated charges, and the options available to me. I appreciated that they explained everything clearly without any pressure. They also provided me with a ride and a loaner vehicle, which I didn’t even realize they offered. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, especially since it was an unexpected situation that could have gone the other way. They handled everything well and turned it into a positive experience.
The shop on 8th, took very good care of me. They were professional and kept me in the loop during the whole process. They removed an upstream O2 sensor that two other shops were unable to crack loose, which basically rounded it completely. I felt the charge was appropriate for the work they had to do. Will be back for future issues, as my 99 Tahoe presents a lot of them. She is now running amazingly, huge thanks to the team!
