As usual, the folks at Meineke's South do not disappoint. They were running a coupon for stuff we needed done, so I made the appointment online, and in we go. Their waiting area is clean and comfortable, with large easy chairs, a wall-mounted TV, and a coffee/water/snack station. The staff kept me updated on the progress of the servicing they were doing. At the end, they had several recommendations for work that needed done. I asked that they write it all down. Not only did they do that, they provided pictures detailing the issues. They also noted which items were more urgent than the others, which was all very helpful when I was explaining it all to my wife. I never would have remembered 90% of what I was told, so their writing it down and ranking the issues was invaluable. When they brought my car around, the young man who did all of the explaining, etc helped me out to the car, and put my walker in the backseat, which is not especially easy to do. That's the kind of thoughtful, customer- centric attitude and service I get every time at Meineke South. 10/10. Oh! AND- there is (was) a piece of interior trim that was hanging down across the back window, and I'd asked them to give that a look, too. It turns out there were 2 missing clips and one broken one - which they repaired. For free. Just because it was an easy fix and because they are fabulous. Thank you again!

Renee Bagola,We had an issue with a faulty fuel injector that failed about a month after it was installed. Andrew went above and beyond towing it to Meineke for free, getting a loaner vehicle delivered to my wife by the owner, Michael, replacing the faulty part and covering all labor for free under warranty, and even topping off her fuel tank since the faulty fuel injector leaked quite a bit of gas. I’ve always gotten great service here, but I feel they went the extra mile to turn a potential frustrating situation into a very manageable one. Can’t thank them enough!
Kyle Sajevic,Got a flat on my way to work. A worker drove out of their way to fill my tire enough to get it to the shop. They fixed my tire pretty quickly and it was a pretty cheap fix. Customer service was fantastic especially from Drew up front. He was very assuring and helpful through the whole process.
