We had an issue with a faulty fuel injector that failed about a month after it was installed. Andrew went above and beyond towing it to Meineke for free, getting a loaner vehicle delivered to my wife by the owner, Michael, replacing the faulty part and covering all labor for free under warranty, and even topping off her fuel tank since the faulty fuel injector leaked quite a bit of gas. I’ve always gotten great service here, but I feel they went the extra mile to turn a potential frustrating situation into a very manageable one. Can’t thank them enough!

anthony perry,I took my Nissan Murano in to have a driver's seat panel replaced. The store is clean and spacious, the waiting area is large with comfortable chairs, a tv, a coffee/tea machine and cold bottled water. Not to mention the Dum Dum suckers stuck in several cups, bouquet-like, scattered around the shop. They noticed I was overdue for an oil change, and asked if I wanted to have them add that to my service today. I agreed, and they took care of it without trying to upsell me with an additional air filter, muffler bearing or blinker fluid. I figured the oil change would add quite a bit to my waiting time, but I was wrong. They got my panel installed and the oil changed so quickly that when Angie announced that my car was ready, I was surprised. The cost was exactly as estimated, and I left there happy. Plus, as a bonus- I found a new sucker flavor- cinnamon roll! Yum!
Vicki Clark,I stopped by without an appointment and Andrew was able to get me in to have my vehicle problem diagnosed. They provided me a ride home so I could leave the car with them. They called later that day with the diagnosis which I authorized them to repair. It was done the next morning and the vehicle drives great now. Everyone was very friendly and competent!
