When my new car broke down on 95 last weekend, Sean and his staff at Meineke were more than top notch, they were the absolute finest. Sean offered us a place to wait and helped us through the process of communicating with our warranty and our manufacturer. When we met roadblocks he was the first to provide advice and technical knowledge to get us solutions. When the warranty didn’t work out, Sean and his team guided us into top tier solutions. When we had to tow our car to the dealership, they drove it for us themselves to save us on the tow! I’ve never had better service regarding automotive repair and customer service. If I could only work with this team for the rest of my life, that would be ideal! My family and I are forever grateful for their help and I highly recommend the meineke of Rocky mount/Battleboro and Sean and his team.

elbert bongardt,I was told that they could fix my air conditioner and quoted a price of $260.00. They didn’t fix my air conditioning but still charged me $260.00. They told me that I should replace the air conditioner and I asked what was wrong with the air conditioner but they didn’t know what was wrong with it,just said that it would not come on I paid $260.00 for Freon and when I asked for some money back they said it was a reasonable price to put Freon in the air conditioner! Freon is do it yourself and only cost $50.00 I don’t recommended Meineke to anyone! Especially the one on 301 N Wesleyan Blvd Rocky Mount NC
