I had a nail in my tire and stopped my the Meineke Tire place at 2817 Jones Franklin road in Raleigh. I was greeted by a friendly and cheerful young man named Brandon. It turns out he was the manager. He asked how he could help me. After asking if the tire could be repaired he asked one of his staff members to take a look at the tire. It would take about 30 min. I was able to leave within 15 minutes. The business was clean and the staff was efficient and professional. I told him he appears to love his job. He said “ definitely! He told me how lucky he was to have such experienced staff.” I was truly impressed with Brandon. I will definitely come back if I need the car services that they offer. I left my cup in the waiting area and called him back as soon as I noted it. But unbeknownst to me he had already messaged me to let me know that he thought the cup was mine.
