When i say this shop has been my saving grace, I dont think that is saying enough. I took my car to meineke in concord almost 2 months ago and $2,100.00 later my car was worse than it went in after 3 days of me waiting for my car. Now fast forward I had to currently bring (tow) my car to Leu location because my serpentine belt broke while I was driving it. Smdh. I went into store 2136 they not only listened to my concerns and frustration, but they also made it right. I will forever be in their debt and appreciate the whole staff. My car will go nowhere, but here. Thanks again store 2136. Najee

The process was quick the mechanic working on my vehicle explained everything to me and didn't try to up sale me just tackling the problem at hand. I am truly grateful because I had my one year old with and was able to leave within the hour with my A/C working again!
