This was my first oil change that was not done at the dealership and I am very happy with the work and service. I had a couple of questions which were answered for me but what I like is that the mechanic came out and explained exactly what was wrong and again answered all my questions. I stayed and waited for my car and the office was very clean. There is a TV, a vending machine for snacks and a drink machine as well. I highly recommend this Meineke for maintenance and/or repairs. As far as their pricing I can't really comment as I'm not familiar were less than the dealership would have been.

I felt respected and felt that Chris Lanning and ALL of the staff treated me with courtesy and HONESTY. I have had several experiences at car centers where I was lied too and given expensive estimates for ‘repairs’ which were not necessary. I went in for an oil change and asked if they could check what else what needed according to what I had previously been told by other centers. I’m happy to say that there was a small replacement part required and now my Jeep is running great. The center is clean and comfortable…. a good wait and a GREAT outcome. Thank you guys!!!!!

Not only was the service great (it completely fixed the issue my vehicle was having prior), Frank called and made sure that I was taken care of and pleased with the service provided. He did not do any unnecessary service, and was not pushy like most service centers. He made sure to inform me of what he recommended be done, and what could wait for a later date. I will definitely return to Meineke and I will recommend their services to my family and friends!

Sure, I could be the one to throw shade at the person for what a horrific experience it was dealing with this "dealer" in the aftermath, but I'm classy. Anyhow, brought my severely screwed up alignment issues to Meineke off of Popps Ferry, and from the get go, these guys were the nicest, most informative, and (seeing as I just dealt with a shady car seller person) transparent dudes to deal with.
