I brought my car in for major work. Have used other meinekes no problem A few things happened to my car by a mechanics carelessness. I don't believe he's there anymore. Everything took almost 4 weeks of back and forths to complete, past original work. I was not happy with this meineke. My 5 stars go to Michael who kept up on everything, was honest and knowledgeable guiding everything along. Very polite, courteous and totally understanding. He went beyond in customer service alone. I've had many people who have worked for me and based on my experience with Michael, I would hire him on the spot and train him after. I trust him. Which is not always easy with auto shops. I will be going back for whatever. Hopefully not in the near future. Lol My wonderful old car before runs even better than ever and it's 15 yrs old. Michael needs a promotion and definitely raise. Imo.

Michael kept us up to date and worked with us to make sure we were making the best decision as well as getting our car back within a reasonable time for such a big job. We had a rental in the meantime so we were trying to get it back before having yo extend the rental. Also for any women out there that have had trouble with places talking to you like you’re dumb….you don’t get that here. I always felt like I was treated really respectfully and that makes me way more comfortable working with someone. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.
