Auto Repair & Mechanic Shop in Westland, MI #3025

I don't leave reviews very often, but this experience absolutely deserved one!!! If anyone from Meineke corporate or regional leadership happens to read this, I hope you take a moment to recognize the team at your Westland location, especially the manager at the front desk. I stopped in during my lunch break because I was concerned about my tire pressure. Even though they already had a couple of customers ahead of me, I was welcomed with kindness and genuine professionalism. The manager took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I understood what was going on. At no point did I feel rushed, talked down to, or pressured into paying for something I didn't need. What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared about making sure I felt safe and informed before I left. Unfortunately, that's not always the experience people have at auto repair shops, so this visit really stood out to me. The way the manager handled the entire interaction says a lot about both his character and the culture at this location. Customer service like that can't be faked! It comes from people who truly care about doing right by others! Building trust is just as important as fixing cars, and he absolutely earned mine!! To whoever is responsible for hiring, training, and leading this team, thank you! Employees like this are the reason customers come back. They represent your company with honesty, integrity, professionalism, and compassion, and I truly hope they're recognized for it. Thank you again to everyone at Meineke Westland, especially the manager who helped me today. You turned what could have been a stressful visit into a positive experience, and that isn't something I'll forget. You've earned my trust, my future business, and I will absolutely be referring my family, friends, coworkers, and anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy auto repair shop to your location. You didn't just gain a customer today, you gained someone who will happily recommend you to others.

Service was very fast, and very efficient. I called Midas across the street first, and after them giving me a terrible price for an oil change, I called Meineke. They gave me a much better price, and very fast service. I won’t be calling Midas again.

Aaron was so patient and helpful, despite being SLAMMED with customers in the lobby AND the phone ringing off the hook. He gave me options due to my financial situation and didn’t try to upsell me. I’m new to the area and appreciated the honesty.

Walked in. No appointment. Requested an oil change and brake inspection (free.) Advised brakes and rotors all around. I expected as much because it was my first brakes/rotors replacement for my 2018 with almost 100k miles on it. They provide very detailed notes on issues they find. Was a bit shocked by the initial price quoted to be but was told that if I could get it done that day then he'd cut me a deal. So brakes, rotors, oil change all in about 2 hours for a very competitive price! Excellent, quick and friendly service. Couldn't ask for more. I'll absolutely be returning here and recommending them in the future.

I can't praise this facility's price and integrity enough! Normally when I take my car into an auto shop, I experience some reservations particularly when they offer "complimentary inspections" or "free tire rotations". As an auto owner you just prepare yourself for the surprise list of needed repairs. This facility, however, walked me through the photos they took, identified potential problem areas, then reassured me that nothing screamed "urgent". I was pleasantly surprised to learn I could go another 6 months or more before these things needed to be addressed. I will definitely be a return customer.
