Outstanding customer service and professionalism! From initial communication through execution and final communication, I was thoroughly impressed. Not only did they complete the repairs I requested, they also clearly explained what else was wrong with my vehicle I had taken the vehicle to another shop in town and is Meineke shop did what the other shop couldn’t. They have earned a loyal customer in me, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone else. I’ve been to a few other shops and they all try to scare me into expensive and unnecessary services. This team talked to me like a real person And we’re honest with me about the services I needed. Finally, I’ve found a mechanic I can trust!

Went in to get my front breaks done. It took 5 days for them to complete it because of a lack of help and running into an issue. Ashley the manager made it right by towing my vehicle to a different shop and discounting the labor cost by a significant amount. They were honest and transparent. They are a lot cheaper than anyone else on the south side as it is. I would recommend them if you don’t want to break the bank and you have some patience.

*UPDATE* I was contacted by corporate regarding my experience. I will say, based our conversation, I feel that they really care about the service they give and want to try to build my trust back. I am adjusting my review and looking forward to an opportunity to try their service again. I understand that sometimes things just happen and I am going to hope for a better experience next time! I was originally so happy that Meineke opened at this location because it was so convenient for me. I called to make an appointment and spoke with Ashley who was very pleasant and professional. We discussed what services I needed and booked my oil change appointment and Air conditioner recharge. I also needed a new headlight bulb replaced and was quoted .3 hours labor plus the cost of the bulb. As a courtesy she agreed to have the service tech pull a fuse for me as I could not reach it. Everything was arranged and I dropped my car off the night before my appointment. The next morning I received a call to confirm what services were being done. First issue was they were going to do a full synthetic oil change, which my car does not need and we had discussed that at length when the appointment was scheduled. Next issue is the .3 hour quote for the bulb change turned into a 2 hour labor charge which now brought that service from approximatly $60 to over $300. Frustrated, I canceled the bulb change. Many videos I watch show that while it's not a fun job. It is not a difficult task and can be done in roughly 20 -30 minutes. So 2 hours shop time is excessive! With this service cancelled, I got the new quote which still seemed high. I asked to review all charges and one that caught me off guard was an additional 3% credit card charge. (This in addition to the shop charge ) I told them I will instead pay in cash but I was informed that is not allowed. Because I had already dropped my car off, and because it was my day off, I went ahead with the oil charge and air conditioner recharge, I reluctantly paid the credit card fee, but I am not likely to return. Also, and when I picked up my car, they had not pulled the fuses as they said they would do. I expressed disappointment that they had agreed to do it, yet didn't. I was then told they could do it but that it would be an additional hour wait! The service tech did finally take a moment and pulled the fuses for me, but it should not have been such an ordeal!
