I took my car to Honda Zeigler Kalamazoo for service thinking that I was “doing the proper thing.” I’ll pay a little extra to take it to the stealership knowing that I’ll get the best work. Well, as it turns out - Honda Zeigler literally did not properly screw on my oil drain valve after changing the oil. It came loose and engine oil saturated absolutely every component of my car. EVERY SINGLE Warning light started flashing and I happened to be pulling past Meineke, so I puttered the car into their parking lot. Not only did they lift my car, remove my skid plate, refilled my oil - but they charged me NOTHING. $0 It’s a type of business practices you rarely see in 2026 - and this is the first ever Google review I’ve ever done. It’s my civic duty to ensure that People avoid Honda Zeigler Kalamazoo if all possible, come to these guys instead.

Andrea Drew,I came out of work and saw I had a flat tire. I called the shop and asked if they could see me right away and one if the gentleman, unfortunately I didn't get his name, but he said they can take care of it for me. Not only did he say he could help me right away, but he even sounded happy to help. I immediately drove over to have my tire checked. They had my car on the lift, tire off, removed the nail, fixed the hole, had my car back on the ground and I was driving home in less than 10 minutes. I was beyond happy and grateful that they were able to get me in right away and had me back on the road so quickly, I couldn't believe it. They were super nice and caring. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for all you guys did for me :)
