I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Meineke Car Care Center. I was on the second day of a 2,600-mile road trip when my vehicle suddenly started shaking. The tire pressures all looked normal, but it felt like a tire was about to fall off, so I knew something was seriously wrong. From the side of the road, I called the nearest tire shop, which happened to be Meineke. I asked Joe if they were busy and whether there was any chance they could look at my vehicle right away since I was traveling. Without hesitation, he told me to bring it in. As soon as I arrived, they got my vehicle into the shop. A technician first took it for a test drive and then put it on a lift. They quickly diagnosed the problem—a broken steel belt inside one of the tires that required replacement. What impressed me most was what happened next. When they realized they didn’t have the correct replacement tire in stock, they went out of their way to call a nearby tire shop for me. They confirmed the tire was available and sent me directly there so I could get back on the road as quickly as possible. This is, without question, the best customer service I’ve ever received from a tire shop—especially one that didn’t even end up getting my business. Joe and his team put honesty and helping a customer ahead of making a sale, and that’s rare these days. I highly recommend this Meineke location to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional, and genuinely caring service.

They’re very straight forward people. Strong communication and transparency about inspections and what they need to do to a vehicle. The exhaust clamp and hanger needed to be fixed the following day but they fixed it for free. I strongly recommend these guys!
