They quickly diagnosed the problem—a broken steel belt inside one of the tires that required replacement. What impressed me most was what happened next. When they realized they didn’t have the correct replacement tire in stock, they went out of their way to call a nearby tire shop for me. They confirmed the tire was available and sent me directly there so I could get back on the road as quickly as possible. This is, without question, the best customer service I’ve ever received from a tire shop—especially one that didn’t even end up getting my business. Joe and his team put honesty and helping a customer ahead of making a sale, and that’s rare these days. I highly recommend this Meineke location to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional, and genuinely caring service.
