Prepare yourselves. This is a lengthy, thorough review. I have never had a bad experience with Meineke. Incredibly easy to go online and schedule an appointment. Seriously guys. No glitches, no screen timeout, plenty of preloaded service options to select from and it allows for customization if necessary. The bonus was the availability. SO. MANY OPTIONS. 👏 Also, drop off was a piece of cake, literally in and out in less than 5min. I live about 20 min from the service center and had already received 2 text messages providing an update before I arrived home. The main mechanic was not rushed as many techs are. He was not only calm and kind, he was knowledgeable and willing to answer additional questions. Yes, I suck, I neglected to get his name for this review. And forgive me, I neglected to get the receptionists name, but she mentioned she was not the normal receptionist that typically works in Frankfort and mentioned that she ordinarily works at the Meineke in Louisville I believe. Anyway, she was literally AMAZING. She helped me figure out what type of air filter I needed for my cabin and engine filters because even though I had a coupon and my oil change was cheaper here than anywhere else, a girls gotta budget everything these days. The icing on the cake, receiving a full report, photos included, detailing every single step of their process with detailed documented notes. No more guessing and wondering if someone clicking and banging under your car actually installed a new oil filter or, god forbid, installed your engine air filter upside down. (This legit happened to me. I drove off and could not get over 30mph without my car sputtering. I went back immediately and after 30min of them fiddling with different things, was told they would have to have my vehicle towed because they could not figure out what was wrong with it! I called my Bf in tears and he walked them through how to fix the issue over the phone.) Point is, no more deafening “OIL CHANGE BAY TWO!” Ever for this chick. Most places I go these days people are so gruff and moody. But old school customer service still lives on at Meineke! 10/10 guys. For. Real. Thank you!
