I brought my vehicle here for the first time since moving to the Chicago area. I was greeted with an appointment reminder text the day prior providing the address and time. Thought I confirmed, I mistakenly entered the wrong location into my GPS and thus was a hour late to my appointment. Bert was so kind and generous, he did not hesitate to still honor my appointment and the coupon I provided for services. The work was done quickly and effectively. However the most striking part of the experience was this: as a female I’m often preyed upon at auto shops for unnecessary work and added fees etc. this was not the case. Bert did however provide some insight to my vehicle and offer some suggestions on what to keep an eye on moving forward as my vehicle ls mileage approaches the 90,000 mark. He sent quotes for possible maintenance that may be good to have done in the future to keep the vehicle working in optimal condition prior to erosion of the parts. He did not pressure merely offering insight and an offer to help should the need arise. Bert and Sean, thank you! We will be returning for all our future vehicle work.

I initially took my car there for regular service and a couple other things that had popped up. Like most people I was hesitant since you never know these days when you take your car somewhere. Shawn was transparent the entire time. We have mechanics in the family (they don’t live close that’s why it was in the shop instead) and never once did they feel like I was being taken advantage of. Shawn was honest and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care and quickly at that. The initial work I needed done he got done same day no issues, I had a follow up issue COMPLETELY UNRELATED to their work here. And they were able to figure out the problem, make sure to be fair on cost and help make sure that everything was good to go. Everything they do here is also under warranty which makes it even better. If you need service and want a solid shop, this is your place. Bonus for the duck for my jeep!
