Yesterday I test drove a vehicle from a dealership near here. While on the test drive I saw this place and something told me to stop and man am I happy I did. They were all extremely friendly and beyond helpful. The pre purchase inspection price is more than fair especially for the quality of work. They had a fantastic report with plenty of photos of the issues on the car and they walked me through all of it. I feel awful that I cannot remember the name of the guy at the front desk but he is amazing. I felt like family while we were talking about the issues with the vehicle and why it's best to stay away. With a rusting subframe, bad bushings, oil pan gasket, rack and pinion, power steering pump, and more, they saved me from getting screwed. I wish I lived closer because I would definitely go here regularly! I wish I could give 6 stars!

Aaron Thomas made my day with his professional, friendly, welcoming, AND knowledgeable attitude towards my 2018 Volkswagen beetle!! I will CERTAINLY return to this shop AND highly recommend to my family and friends this location!! Denise Hutchinson,I took my vehicle to Chicago Ridge Meineke on 111th. My friend recently used this facility and spoke highly of them and they were close by. The service was great. A small snafu waiting for a part but that was outside of their control. They followed up constantly and kept me updated on timeline for repair and part delivery. Humberto and Kevin went above and beyond, staying later foe the part. They got me home and picked me up again to collect my car and I cannot thank them enough. Aaron was also great. Isobeil Bellis,After discovering a coupon online, I decided to visit the nearby Meineke shop for an oil change. I arrived at the scheduled appointment time of 4 PM. The attendant informed me that they were unable to accommodate my appointment due to a high volume of walk-ins. His tone was flippant. I was surprised by this response, as I had anticipated that appointments would be honored. The attendant’s lack of concern was evident, and I felt uncomfortable with the situation. Given that I had taken time off work, I requested a rescheduling. The attendant suggested tomorrow at noon as an alternative time. I agreed and asked to be contacted via phone if any changes occurred. He the asked me to call ahead of time to see if it still was ok. I was wth ??? I just nodded and left. I was shocked by the incident and felt that it was not representative of good customer service. I had never encountered such behavior before, especially from a company that offers appointments. Before I decided to call 800 number to complain.! But I said this can’t be real so I called another nearby Meineke and was pleadsayly surprised! This person was friendly and professional. I explained to Aaron ( I believe he is the manager)the situation, emphasizing that I was not ready to become angry or upset. My intention was to confirm that this was not a company policy and to ensure that I was not the only customer who had experienced this issue. Aaron was apologetic and acknowledged the situation. In response to the unfortunate incident, he offered to do my oil change. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the staff for their exceptional service. This level of attention to detail and customer care is what I value most in a business.. Thanks Aaron and I will return.
Luis Martinez,This is my first time sending my daughter out for an oil change in her own car. I know from experience that a lot of places we'll take advantage of people who don't know a lot about cars. I myself have been tricked into higher priced oil changes then then the "sale" price. So I called to make sure an Aaron reassured me that he would take care of her personally and set my mind at ease. Meineke is lucky to have such honest and hardworking employees and I HIGHLY recommend this particular shop to anyone needing car servicing.
