I went in because the positive battery connector on my car was loose, and I was really worried about how much it would cost. I had been told somewhere else that it could be over $100 to fix. Eric reassured me that there was no charge just to take a look, and in the end, the repair cost me less than $15! Eric was amazing, kind, and reassuring when I was genuinely stressed about the situation. They got everything taken care of quickly and made the whole experience so easy. It’s refreshing to find a shop that is honest, affordable, and truly cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!

After replacing 4 tires and getting a tune-up from a local reputable shop in Bullhead, Az, and then receiving a recommendation list of what services my car still needed (total estimate of over $2,000), I decided to drive to Kingman and get a second opinion from Meineke. I ended up saving $1,000 and possibly even more. Meineke in Kingman had phenomenal customer service from start to finish with amazing quick service. They have a beautiful and clean waiting area as well. I wish other businesses could be this trustworthy and professional. They deserve six stars, but only allowed to give them five stars! I'm retired and on a budget, so I very much appreciate what they did for me.

Toolk my 21 yukon in for my ac, all they did was say it was low on freon and charged 680 to refill and check. I told them the 2 issues it could be and they didn't check it. 2 days later same issue. Went back and they scheduled another appointment, don't know if they will credit towards fixing it right we will see. If they don't I will give 0 stars if I can. Highly disappointed.UPDATE THEY ARE WORKING ON RESOLVEING THE ISSUES. ONCE COMPLETED ILL UPDATE REVIEW.,Follow up they worked on my yukon for 3 days trying to fix problem. Unfortunately it has to go to dealer to reprogram and replace the BCM. they did all the work inspected and checked everything at no cost. Highly recommended them!!!

Went in for a miss fire on my chevy truck silverado. Excellent customer service. Spoke with Ryan and Eric were able to help me out. Diagnostic was 150 but waived if you get It fixed there. A little pricey, but they took a little off for the discount witch was nice. Kinda worth it for being done sameday. Got it fixed there in no time. Took 4 hours. Witch is really good. Truck runs perfect. Replaced throttle body gasket and intake manifold gasket. Great work!
