If you have purchased an oil change package, your coverage starts immediately!
By providing your email address on the date of your oil change package purchase, you are automatically enrolled into the Roadside Assistance Program and your coverage begins immediately. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your registration to process. An email will be sent to you after processing to confirm the activation of your coverage and provide details of all the benefits you will receive.
To renew your benefit, simply return to your local Meineke center for another oil change package at the conclusion of your coverage term.

A. Coverage is effective for 4 months starting immediately after you have purchased a synthetic blend, high mileage or full synthetic oil change package.
A. If you have purchased an oil change package and provided your email address to the Meineke center on the date of your service, you will automatically be enrolled into the Roadside Assistance Program.
An email will be sent to you up to 2 weeks after your service indicating that your coverage has been activated, but please note that your coverage always starts the day you had service done.
A. If you purchased an oil change package and did not provide the Meineke center with your email address, simply call the center and ask them to add your email address to their system.
A. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your email notification. Please make sure to check your SPAM account, as some SPAM filters can prevent the notifications from being sent to your inbox.
Even if you have not received your email confirmation, keep in mind that your coverage begins the day you had service done. If it has been more than 3 weeks and you have not received your email notification or if you have any questions, please call Customer Service at 1-800-447-3070.
A. If you are in need of Roadside Assistance and are eligible for this service, please call the 24-Hour Emergency Roadside Assistance number which is 888-202-3101. You may be asked to provide your basic vehicle and contact information, as well as the Meineke location of where you had your Meineke oil change service done.
A. To renew, simply return to a Meineke center for another synthetic blend, high mileage or full synthetic oil change package.
A. As long as customers activate their Meineke RSA, their roadside assistance needs are covered up to the benefits listed. If a customer needs additional benefits, such as additional tow mileage than is specified free in their plan, the customer will need to pay out-of-pocket.
A. The Meineke RSA is tied to the car, the consumer must register their car online.
A. You may contact our Concierge Center twenty four hours a day, seven days a week at 1-855-963-1683 to speak with a representative who can assist you with the following concierge services: 1) emergency message relays to family, friends or co-workers; 2) hotel and rental car availability; 3) ATM locations; 4) locate medical facilities; 5) theme park and local attraction information; 6) restaurant locations; 7) movie schedules and locations; 8) directional assistance; 9) traffic alerts; and 10) sport scores.
Please note: services provided are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for making any/all payment arrangements and for setting up benefits that require additional billing, such as the actual cost of hotel rooms, rental cars, etc. Payment is to be made directly by you to the providers, vendors or establishments.
A. Customers may have their flat tire changed with their inflated and functional spare tire.
A. A service truck will deliver 24-hour emergency supplies of gasoline, water, oil or other necessary items at the customer's expense of the supplies needed.
A. Customers are covered for battery boosts and minor adjustments to alternators, starters, etc. while on the road.
A. If keys are locked inside a customer’s vehicle, the customer will be assisted in gaining entry to the vehicle’s passenger compartment only. Locksmith services may be dispatched as needed at the customer’s expense for labor and key making.
A. A $500 reward is offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for Hit & Run damages or stealing customers' vehicles.
A. Customers are entitled to emergency towing service at no out-of-pocket cost up to 15 miles. Extended distance will be an additional expense covered by the customer.
A. NSD prides itself on a 36 minute ETA.
A. NSD is always looking to expand its network of experienced and professional towers. Please have your Meineke center contact NSD to begin the screening process.
