I was referred to Meineke and KIRK CHAMBERS by a friend, who had recently had the type of service I required done to his car. I made my first visit to Meineke (Sterling, VA) following a telephone call to Kirk to introduce myself and make an appointment. After my initial call, I was impressed with the way the call went and eagerly looked forward to having the repairs done. On the morning of my visit, I was further impressed following the greeting I received from Kirk and the way I was "in processed." As I sat waiting on my car, I was still further impressed with the professional way in which he handled the customers, most of whom seemed to be repeat customers. It was obvious that there was a high level of respect among them. Looking outside, it was easy to see the other technicians working. Even from afar, they seemed competent, knowledgeable and business-like about their work. I waited 2 hours to have my car repaired (I was advised that would have been the time-frame) and I did not feel the wait. Customers kept each other going (me included) with lively banter and laughter. One of the customers turned out to be Kirk's Tech-Ed teacher from High School. He was so proud to be having his car worked on by his former student. That made me feel even better!! So, my visit ended with me meeting a new friend, having my car very well repaired and totally satisfied. By the way...I did discuss other work with Kirk...so I guess that means I will be going back to Meineke!! WELL DONE!! THANK YOU!!

I customarily am an exclusive Toyota customer. I have always had my cars serviced at the dealership. I am currently driving a 2013 Nissan Sentra which I needed to have repairs done because of an accident with a deer. Not only did they fix my car, but they made me a life long customer. I have never felt like I was at home before and they surely made it easy for me to return and share my experience with family and friends.
