Customer service was A+! Bad problem with my car, originally the price to fix was $1500. Steve-the manager found the problem wasn't as severe as first thought and the owner waived all the labor costs and only charged me $550.

Mehanic told manager , Steve that our Honda wouldn't pass inspection and why . We deided to correct ALL issues there and then . Later we returned with all errors fixed and a July Inspection.

BOB AND OSCAR ARE THE BEST , BOB EXPLAIN 11/25/2016 THE WORK THEY DID WAS HOPEFULLY TO CORRECT THE PROBLEMS I CAME IN WITH, I SPOKE TO BOB ON THE PHONE THE TUESDAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING I EXPLAIN THE CHECK STABILITY SENSOR, SERVICE STABILITRAK, ENGINE POWER REDUCING. HE EXPLAIN THAT IF THE WORK DIDNT STOP THE PROBLEM IT WAS THE TSP 1 WEEK LATER BACK THEY REPLACED THE TSP $549.00 JOB VERSUS THE $179.00 ON 11/25/2016 A LITTLE STEEP BUT IF IT CORRECTS THE PROBLEM OK!!! THEY KEEP IT TILL MONDAY 4 DAYS OF RENTAL CAR CHARGES. I TRUST BOB & OSCAR!!! OLD SCHOOL CUSTOMER SERVICES, HONESTY ALWAYS!!!! LOVE THEM!! VERONICA JEFFERSON

Unfortunately i dont remember the names of the 3 men working that day but i will say it was the best experience i have had at any care place hands down. I do not live anywhere close to this location actually it took me about 30 mins to get there but i still chose to come there anyway due to how i was spoken to on the phone when i called for a quote. Being a woman i experience men talking to me like im oblivious to anything related to cars when in fact im not. The man i spoke to turned out to be one of the franchise owners, not only did he do the quote over the phone himself but he was back and fourth into the shop helping to work on the vehicles to get them out faster. That makes me trust a shop more than anything. It shows me he knows what he is talking about. Hes not just a paper pusher like most people would be in his position. The work was done correctly and very timely. I was shown what the problem was and was explained to what my next steps should be. So let me just say that you have a jewel in the rough with this location from the top to the bottom and i will defiantly be back. !!

The manager and sales team took care of my oils change the moment I walked in the door. The team greeted me and every associate asked if I had been taken care of. The office even provided coffee which made my day!! The oils change was not only an excellent price, but a fast service. I had called 4 other oil change companies before this one and they were all more expensive and the wait time was over an hour.
