I had just purchased a new vehicle and they had a oil change done somewhere else and they almost messed it up because they forgot to add the oil thanks to the guys at meineke for finding seals that were missing and actually doing their job ...our cars will never be taken elsewhere

I don't remember the guys name, but he is usually the one I deal with at the front desk at the Grand street location. He is always friendly with great customer service. Everyone there is nice, so it's always a good experience when I go to that location.

Ben and Sam went above and beyond to meet an exceed my expectations. I've never had such good service at any establishment let alone just to have an oil change.

I was on I-40 heading home to Arizona from Oklahoma City. About 10 miles outside of Amarillo Texas, my brakes quit working. Luckily, I was able to get off the road and stopped without incidence. Upon my examination of the vehicle, it appeared that a brake line on the rear of the vehicle had failed. There was brake fluid everywhere around the rear axle and rear wheels. I had my vehicle towed to Meineke to see if they could fix the problem. I arrived around 4:30 pm and they were scheduled to close at 6:00pm. Sam, the lady behind the counter who I had spoken to earlier on the phone, quickly arranged to have a mechanic look at my vehicle. He determined that the right rear brake line had burst at the tee where it connected with the supply line and the line to the left rear wheel. A universal brake line was obtained from the adjoining parts supply store. However, because it was not an exact replacement part, the connectors from my old line had to be salvaged for use on the new line. The new line also needed to be formed (bent) to match the existing factory line and then have the old connectors put on each end. At this point the replacement line was installed and the entire brake system bled to remove any air in the lines. The mechanic (who's name I unfortunately do not recall) test drove my vehicle while I paid the bill. I was then able to get back on the road around 7:00pm. Sam had told me that this was the mechanics first day with Meineke, but that he had been a mechanic for a good while. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing because I too worked as a mechanic a very long time ago. The team needs to be commended on the work they did and for staying on task even though it was past quitting time. As a customer I really appreciate their efforts and dedication and extend my sincere thanks to them.

I was traveling and had car problems. The staff worked me in quickly and I was back on the road in good time. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. The manager and mechanic communicated very clearly at every step there were no surprises except the final price!

I'm very satisfied with the one on one experience they don't rush anything and even though I only went for oil change he pointed out other issues with my car that I wasn't aware of ,that's caring about their customers and I appreciate that
