This shop performed a yearly SC. Inspection on a 2015 Kia Soul for Uber Certification. It wasn't on the list in Myrtle Beach and should be James Cain has always been helpful as Manager of this location probably early in it's second year of operation.

On July 14 2016 I went to have my tires put on and my oil changed! The sales rep was very helpful knowledgable and answered all my questions! They even allowed me to see exactly what was wrong with my car and gave me a breakdown of the additional pricing instead of just saying you need this fixed . It was an office full of people and he was calm and got everyone in and out! I will definitely be back to the location on George Bishop Pkwy in Myrtle Beach SC!

Made an appointment the prior day . They were very polite and professional. The gentleman working the front was very helpful and any questions I had he explained in depth without hesitation. I felt the staff was honest and they were not pushy on trying to sell me services I didn't need. They only suggested tires in the future that I already knew would need replacing in the next few months . My family just moved here it's nice to know we found a reputable place to have our oil changed just minutes from our home .

I was on vacation in Myrtle Beach SC and needed a repair. I asked the people at the front desk of the Marriot Courtyard. They recommended Meineke and printed out the address and directions. I was a little concerned about having my car repaired in a strange city at a shop I knew nothing about but I took my car to Meineke. The people could not have been friendlier more professional or courteous. The cost of the repair was reasonable they didn't do more than what was needed and the repair was done quickly so I could get back to being on vacation. They even showed me the part that was replaced and explained to me why it needed to be replaced. I think it was James who worked the counter. It turned out he is from Ohio near the town I'm from in Ohio. He could not have been more professional. He even brought the mechanic out to show me the part explain why it was worn out and why it wasn't necessary to replace the same part on the passenger side. I was really pleased with the overall experience. Then he enrolled me in Meineke Rewards so I would use Meineke when I returned home. When I got back to the Marriott I made sure to let them know how happy I was with the Meineke where they sent me. They said they had heard that from other guests they sent to Meineke with car trouble and that's why they suggested this particular Meineke. Thank you for asking my opinion.

I had the free oil change for Veteran's Day. I is a great thing that you do for Veterans. This is the first time I heard of it and I will return for further work when my vehicle needs It. James Cain a veteran also waited on me and it was extremely hectic at the time and he was very personable and knowledgeable. If the rest of the staff is as good as him I will have a shop that I can depend on.

The battery cable clamp on the positive battery post had completely disintegrated due to corrosion (my fault for not paying more attention) which left me stranded. It was not a standard application so I had the car towed to the Meineke (where I had work done before). James the tech supervisor and customer specialist quickly analyzed the situation went the extra mile in to order and procure the necessary parts and had the necessary repairs completed in just a few hours.

I had a Chevy Impala which I got serviced at the Meinke store on Hwy 544. I used Firestone prior to that, but became very dissatisfied with them because they always found something else that needed to be repaired. I lost my Impala in the flood in 2015 and purchased a VW Passat. It is still under warranty at the dealer for major repairs, but anything else gets done at the Meinke store on George Bishop Parkway. I work from 8 am to 5 pm, but James Cain has been able to take care of my maintenance at 5:30 after work. Everyone is always pleasant and very helpful. Thanks Meinke!!

A couple of the staff members help, I had a nail in my tire, and noticed I was coming upon the time that I should get an oil change, I am new to the area, I was offered and given a ride home during the repair time, they included a wheel alignment, and discuused the best tites for the value with me. The gentlemen that took care of me was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure that I had done what I needed done very quickly and with great expertise.
