When I returned to pick my car up from Meineke, that cannot find my keys anywhere. They had every employee That was there looking for my keys everywhere. They looked at the office, they looked in the Sharp and they looked in my car twice. I was starting to panic. They should have a place to put the keys immediately where they’re finished with the work they have done on my vehicle. It was very unprofessional. I have been there several times before, but I am thinking about whether or not, I want to go back there.

Jennifer O. Wilson,I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were very courteous at the counter and it was obvious they were busy. They let me know it would be around 45 minutes. However, they were much quicker. They were very thorough in inspecting my car and giving me all the updates. Also, a man I was chatting with in the waiting room said that he had scheduled a brake job, but that his car had started to overheat on him and he also let them know, even though that was not what his appointment was for. They were honest with him and showed him his brakes, that they were good, and where his radiator was broken. So they fixed the radiator while he was waiting! I will definitely use them again!
