I had a great experience with this shop getting the A/C repaired on my car. Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. The work was completed properly, and my A/C is working great again. Justin was very helpful and made the experience a breeze. They have gained a returning customer and plan to take any of my car care needs to this location!
Marc scott,Took my car in for my A/C not cooling. Justin was great! I have a 2011 Honda CRV that I bought new and had never had my air conditioner serviced because it always worked up until this summer, pretty good for that many years not to have to service the air conditioner anyway it was just low on freon, he checked for leaks and filled up freon. Told me to come back at the end of the week so he could check the Freon level to make sure it was holding was in and out for that and everything‘s great. They have great customer service and they service a lot of other things on your vehicle oil changes brakes quite a few items very reasonable. I had always taken my car to the Honda dealership where I bought my car, but they charge so much for things like that and it’s like they always try to find something else your car needs. I found it to be a very pleasant experience and will continue to go to them for my future needs..
Lisa Lee,Incredible service, went there for brakes and a check engine light. Another shop quoted me $600 for the brakes and way more in engine parts. Well come to find out, my brakes are fine and there was a part in my engine that another shop forgot to put back on (causing the check engine light). They got me all set and good to go in less time than it took for my uber to arive. Great dudes all around
D Campbell,My AC started blowing warm air, looked up meineke and saw reviews. Made an appointment and went in. Scottie was very nice and asked thorough questions. Justin came in and explained in detail what was going on with my car. Gave me options of what could be done to fix it. I went back today and dropped it off for repairs. Fallon was at the front desk. We went over what needed to be done and asked if I had a ride. I was planning on uber. she gave me a ride home. Very nice and honest people.
Shawna Muskrat,If you are having car problems I definitely recommend this Meineke location. I called multiple other places and a Honda dealership and no one would give me a quote over the phone they all gave me the run around. The service tech immediately gave me a quote and addressed the extra work they would have to do regarding the ac compressor and components that go along with it. After we got off the phone he looked up all the parts and gave me 2 different options and the one I chose came with a lifetime warranty which I really liked. I had a new serpentine belt that they put on at no extra charge. They gave me updates along the way so I knew where they were at in the job and when they would be done. If you want a solid mechanic and shop definitely go with them. They did a great job and my car AC is working like a dream and I'm back on the road.
