Repaired my wife's van exhaust. I need exhaust work on my Ford F-250 but want estimate prior to committing. I tried twice to get estimate and was told it would be 1 to 1-1/2 hour wait for estimate. I will attempt once more.

They were very nice told me what needed to be done they even gave me the price it would be with tax and laber had it done the same day . ( that took me by surprise ) most places keep my truck a day or 2 but not here done in less then 2 hrs make my day . And now they have my car no one would even look at it but this sweet young man did and called me to let me know what needs to be fixed and gave me a price and that made my day becouse he didnt say o your car is to old cant get a read out he found the problem and is going to order the parts and have it done tomorrow so with that and being so nice and said he would take good care of my car it is a 1993 chev u will get my bussines from now on. for myself, Meineke has always been about exhaust repairs. On this particular day, my exhaust pipe had rusted very close to the location. I pulled in and they were able to accommodate me and repair my truck within 90 minutes

I'm sorry I don't know names but the quality of service was very good and the young man took the time afterward to explain to this old lady why he checked what he did on the form and how soon he felt he work should be done. I have had work done here before and am always pleased . The young lady at the desk and the workmen in the back are always courteous and helpful . Needed a y exhaust pipe ordered and installed. When it did not fit the opening on the catalytic converter the associate was able to faction an adapter and is now as good as new.

I do not know names ,but the young lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful .She said come right down and they would fit me in which they did. I believe it took about 2 hours to fix my muffler because of it being under my front seats. The young man found a piece that also needed replacing. He came out of the shop and explained it, I said ok and within reasonable time I was on my way.The the personel I met with were pleasant and knowledgeable. I came in for an oil change. Not only did they get my car in and out within 15 minutes, but the man came out and told me that the pipe that held the lines on my car up was cracked. He fixed it on the spot, saving me hundreds in damage later on. The staff is much friendlier and more responsive than my experience with Lightning Lube across the street.

I am new to the area and it was time for an oil change - mileage and date. I didn't know where to go, it was Memorial holiday weekend and I was about to travel so on Saturday I called several places, some where open but booked, some were closed, but Meineke said if I could get there in the next half hour, they would take me. Set the GPS and off I went, got there and the car was serviced - they even accepted the discount ticket I got when I googled them. I was able to enjoy my planned Sunday travel knowing I was not damaging the car. Very pleasant staff/management.
