When there is a problem with my car Marcio explains to me in a way I could understand. I thank him for this. When I bring my car in for an oil change, he tells his technician to check for other problems , as I instructed.

I had gone to the dealer and they told me I needed rear brakes replaced in order to get my state inspection. They quoted me a high price. I called Meineke, they took me right in that afternoon, replaced the brakes and gave me an inspection sticker, all for about $150 cheaper! The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant, friendly and informative. They replaced my brakes within an hour! I was very happy!
