I told them that I thought the AC Compressor was bad. Turned out it wasn't the compressor. Other car repair centers might have installed the compressor anyway in addition to the work performed since I had already told them that's what I thought it was. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

The manager and other associates are always courteous and friendly. I go every few months for an oil change and can go online set up the day and time that I need and go in and out.

I had a wonderful conversation with Cameron on d phone when I called to enquire about my car which needed an immediate radiator change and other repairs. He was so soft spoken and very assuring. I took my car to d Clayton Meinkeine Center and within 2 hours I received another call again from Cameron saying that my car was ready for pickup. Just in time to go to work. How exciting that was!! The staff was very helpful at explaining shortage of oil in my engine although there was no obvious leaks and gave me different recommendations starting with the least expensive one . And they were more than happy to check my oil level 2 weeks later to make sure it was fine

I had to have my rotors and front brakes replaced. I called 3 place and Meineke was the best choice. Once I got there the owner was so helpful. I told him I might also need back brakes. He so they are fine no need to replace them. I know from experience that any other place would have said yes I need bake brakes. My reason for this statement is I am a women. The owner also explained about future work on the car. I intend to return for those jobs also.

I cannot remember the gentleman's name who waited on me but he was FABULOUS. I have a Ford Fusion and he is very knowledgeable about Ford cars and my model in particular. He made me feel really comfortable. I had been to this Meineke location before but was not really sold on their service and took my car elsewhere after. This visit was very different. I felt like I was a very welcomed customer and learned a good deal as well. I feel very comfortable going back to this location for most if not all of my car care needs. The guy that I spoke with was very friendly and made me comfortable and I felt like I could trust him to help me make the best decisions for my car. I also like the fact that since I don't know all that much about cars that he was not out to take advantage of that and just really give me honest advice. I really appreciate that. I have already recommended them to a few people and will continue to do so if I keep receiving exceptional service like this last visit. Keep up the great work! And send me coupons!

The staff seemed great! Time will tell if I will return!! I went in to get brakes was told brakes were fine I needed tires badly!! Was told I had 40-60% left on brakes this was a month ago or less! Now my brakes are making a terrible noise and out of state! So we will See if I ever return to your shop again!!! So success story on hold!!!

I had a joint in the exhaust system which had rusted through. I had an appointment and my car was brought into the shop on time. I was shown the problem and given a description and estimated cost as well as an estimate on the time required to make the repair. The repair was made within the time estimated at the price quoted. The manager was both very friendly and professional.

My husband took his 2008 Ford Explorer to this Meineke location and they did extensive work to belts brakes etc. He was so impressed with the customer service and workmanship that when the brakes on my Altima began to horribly squeal Meineke was his first recommendation. I called and was given an appointment time for the next morning. Drop off and pick-up were easy. Ron the shop manager called and gave me an estimate for the service. After I gave the go ahead for the service we picked up the car within a short period of time. We will take our vehicles to the Clayton NC Meineke for services again.

I was scheduled to bring my F250 in at 1:00 pm to have a the rear axle assembly replaced with a used assembly. It was estimated that the work would take about a day. The manager noticed that the calendar was completely full and it would not be possible to finish the work in the morning. So the manager put two technicians on the job and they finished the work in 4 hours. I was able to pick up the truck the same day. Totally unexpected! This shop knows how to improvise and adapt to get the results they need. My tip my hat to them.

I travel the country and found myself in need of someone that could troubleshoot the issues related to my lifted Jeep. Not many places well even look at it because it's lifted. I walked in and Meineke in Garner, NC didn't even bat an eye! They not only found the issue the first time, they fixed it! I got my oil changed as well while I was there, and to my surprise they charged my a fraction of the price of what the Jeep dealership was going to charge me! I have to say it's been two weeks and the trouble is gone and I'm very very satisfied with the work that was done!

I came to the service center with what I thought was a minor exhaust leak in one of the pipes. It turned out that the exhaust pipe leading from the catalytic converter to the muffler was rotted through in one spot, and a bracket holding the system up had broken. The muffler & pipes were hanging well below where they should have been sitting, resulting in damage to the muffler from bottoming out. The system was one solid piece from the engine back, and could have cost a small fortune if the catalytic converter had to be replaced. (Note: the vehicle is a mini-van modified for carrying a mobility assistance device.) What the service team did was cut the pipe past the converter, custom bent a pipe to fit as an adapter, and welded it to the cut section, then replaced the pipes & muffler from that point with the correct parts. Saving me the cost of a new catalytic converter. The van is now as quiet as if it just came from the factory, and I don't have to worry about exhaust gasses inside the vehicle.

Everyone was honest with me, especially the mechanic. Did not feel pressured in any way to buy what I didn't want. Although I would be careful in telling a customer that he is getting a big discount because he is the first time customer. Just tell him that he is getting the best price for the quality of work that is being performed. A little problem with the part being delivered by the parts store, but in my case I was fine with the delay. Besides, under normal circumstances, I would have just dropped off the car. Mechanic explained every option to me and was very honest with his appraisal of the car's problem. Honesty will keep a customer coming back again and again.

Very nice and no pressure to have additional work done that is not needed. I am a mechanic so I know what my cars needs are. I am just recovering from surgery and cant do the work myself. I also did not tell them that I was a mechanic. Nice to know that there are other honest mechanics out there in these cookie cutter businesses.

I had been hearing a roaring type noise. They found a bag was blocking adequate airflow. They removed it and it sounds and runs great. Because there was no charge for taking care of it, I took my car in the next day for inspections and emissions. I knew they could be trusted. I will be back and recommend them to others.
