I recently had my state inspection and was very satisfied. This visit was regarding my aircondioner. The staff is very upfront and knowledgeable. This location gives me confidence which makes me feel that I can trust them to be honest and straight forward. This is most important to me.

Very satisfied with the service. If the location was closer to where I live, I would go there more often and recommend it to others.

Mike took care of me and was extremely thorough in his explanation of the work I knew I needed and also what came about during the inspection of the vehicle. I love that they had a free loaner car waiting for me and that I had no issues with filling it with petrol etc before I returned it. An excellent experience all around.

Waiting area is in dire need of refreshing It certainly is not a very welcoming area and doesn't make someone feel comfortable.

All of the employees are always very attentive and treat me with great respect. I always feel safe when I do business with them because they are thorough in their assessments of anything they find out of the ordinary that may need attention. I have been going here for a few years now and I don't see myself ever changing from this pattern. They're the best!

Your people are way too pushy with additional services. My guess is they get a cut of what they sell.

I would Ike to appreciate the amount of knowledge Meneike staff has. It's just like a dr. Catches the patient problem by just seeing in ancient times, similarly just by driving car for sometime , the staff can give you the information where is the problem , how big it is , what are the possible solutions for same and how severe it is. I always reconnect my community members to visit Meneike golf road as they are very expert and our satisfaction is their satisfaction.

I've been going to this specific meineke for years, and being a single woman, I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Any question I ask is answered thoroughly in a way I understand what work and why it's being done. And EVERYONE is so very polite and personal, they make you feel like you matter.

Customer friendly process/environment , Excellent and knowledgeable mechanics and service manager, Fast service with high quality . Its really the place to go if your having any auto problems.
