Mr. Hall stated that I would receive the coupon rate for the synthetic oil change. Communications during the oil change excellent and the price was below the competition. There was no attempt to upsell, which I appreciate. Mr. Hall advised me that they would install tires that I purchase from another source and the price is below that of other tire shops.

What I really appreciated is they gave me several options for my car to get fixed, from most expensive to least and let me choose. They didn't push a lot of expensive work on me. My car works fine now and I'm so happy. I will be a return customer for sure!! Oh and the waiting room was nice and clean!!
