I just want to say I prayed for a good mechanic shop. One who was honest, upright, and who did the job right. I want to give a shout out to Rusty and his team! Not only was Rusty respectable, he is personable. You could tell even the first day you meet him that he is an upright guy. The way he takes care of his customers is off the charts and that speaks volumes. I would rather pay a little bit more and get 5 star service than a shop just trying to make money. Rusty truly cares about his customers and it shows! He deserves a raise and so much more! A+ rating! Im sending everyone to this shop...because of Rusty and who he is. Wouldn't be the same with out him! He made a difference in my life and saw each customer come in that would most likely say the same thing. Go see Rusty and tell him Rachel sent you!
Went in for an oil change and they found a more pressing issue with one of my axles. Instead of just going ahead with charging me and having me schedule the repair there they recommended I check into my warranty with the dealership I bought the car from since it is so new! I really appreciated that as I wouldn’t have known that was even an option! Great service, very nice employees and I’m glad they looked out for my best interest rather than just what would make them the most money! I will be going back for regular oil changes with them :)
