I took my van in because on hot days it appears it wanted to overheat. When I took my van in on Friday it was unusually cool for a June day. They were unable to replicate my problem. Rusty called me and let me know all this and educated me on what was likely to be occurring. He let me know that if it does it again in the next 30 days, just bring it back and they would look at it again without charging me another diagnostic fee. This Meineke location has the best service hands down. They kept me updated, educated me and offered to take another look when other places would just charge another fee to bring it back in. Thank you Rusty and Robyn for being such trusted individuals in the service industry.

Moved to Wichita area 5 years ago and looked for our new service center. I must say that my search is now over. Meineke on N. Woodlawn will be my top choice for any service. I feel that Rusty is one of the most honest, knowledgeable and decent people I've met. Not only is he a great asset for Meineke, but an all around good person. Not only was Rusty respectable, he is personable. You could tell even the first day you meet him that he is an upright guy. The way he takes care of his customers is off the charts and that speaks volumes. I would rather pay a little bit more and get 5 star service than a shop just trying to make money. Rusty truly cares about his customers and it shows! He deserves a raise and so much more! A+ rating! Im sending everyone to this shop...because of Rusty and who he is. Rachel Sambrano,Went in for an oil change and they found a more pressing issue with one of my axles. Instead of just going ahead with charging me and having me schedule the repair there they recommended I check into my warranty with the dealership I bought the car from since it is so new! I really appreciated that as I wouldn’t have known that was even an option! Great service, very nice employees and I’m glad they looked out for my best interest rather than just what would make them the most money! I will be going back for regular oil changes with them :)
