Brad, i believe the manager was very helpful in answering all my questions. Checked and definately needed to replace my cabin air filter, printed out some quotes for me for some winter tires. Which i will be returning for. Maybe one suggestion, make sure you have proper oil filter to limit the wait time, before appointmemt but other than that, was a great experience! Thanks

I went to the Meineke shop in Post Falls Idaho with a check engine light on which had been flashing in the days before at the recommendation of my brother who does his own vehicle maintenance. The professionals at the shop listened to my symptoms and diagnosed multiple problems with the engine. They informed me of any delay in service gave me a great place to wait referred me to an awesome restaurant which I will not go to everything I am in the area repaired all problems with my car and then called me the next day while I was returning to my home in Southern California to check in. I informed the professional that the check engine light had come back on and was given information as to what codes were probably on due to the engine recalibration. Upon returning to my home these codes were verified. In the 208000+ miles that I have driven the vehicle this service was by a large gap better than any I have received including Kia Dealerships. Brian believes in telling me what my car NEEDS, gives me “options” regarding the work he recommends and when to do it (sooner vs later). I make it a priority to follow a good preventative approach by taking my car in every 3000 miles for oil changes in case there is a “potential” problem brewing elsewhere in my car!
