Chris and Tim are very good at the Bristol, CT Meineke. I have been a repeat customer for a long time where we have all gotten to know each other. It is nice to be recognized when I call to make regular service appointments. I was able to get the car in before the start of the holiday weekend which allowed peace of mind when I traveled. They took my car in promptly and serviced it in a timely manner. They are able to schedule my appointments around my work schedule so that I do not have to lose time.

The guys at the Bristol location are amazing! I originally had the appointment at 4:30 and I called to see if they could get me in earlier, they did. When I arrived I started feeling really ill. Tim offered me water and aspirin. They did the oil change in record time!! They checked on me while I was waiting and even asked if I needed someone to drive me home. Very caring people!!

Chris is awesome and always takes time to answer any of my questions. Plus, I love the new digital report of your car you receive upon checkout. It shows me pictures of any concerns and let's me know if it's urgent or can wait until next time. Very convenient report!

I badly needed an oil change a day or two before Father's Day. Even though it wasn't Father's Day, the employees honored a 50% off coupon for an oil change, which was very kind from the start. Towards the end of my visit I was told my car was ready and they had said the systems crashed and I couldn't pay. So they said enjoy your day, I shook their hands and left the facility very pleased. Because of this amazing experience at Meineke I will be sure to come back and invite my friends and family to do the same. Thank you to all employees who worked on my car that day.
