We were hesitant to take our car to Mieneke because my family and I have had poor experiences at the County Line Highlands Ranch location. However we took our car here because of its location and availability. We were blown away by the service staff and professionalism. I have yet to experience this level of customer service at a mechanic and we were pleasantly surprised. The floating manager was careful to explain the car's issues to my wife and even was thorough enough to take her out to the car and show her! This was amazing! The level of transparency and honesty we experienced will make us return and give you our business again. Not only was your service a head above your prices were lower than the competition. The loaner car was another surprise that blessed us while having our car worked on. When there was an issue the following day after getting our car back the manager was quick to solve the mistake and get us back on the road! Thank you for your personalized care service honesty.

Came in for a front wheel alignment without an appointment. They made room for me and then did a 4 wheel alignment at the same price because they were concerned about the safety of my vehicle. This was my first oil change outside of my warranty with the dealership - because of this, I was unaware/had forgotten of what type of oil change was needed for my car. I presented a coupon for a regular/basic oil change and asked for that service. However, when when my car was completed, the associate took the time to educate me on the need for my car to have superior oil and that the basic would have been detrimental on my car. Kindly, at no additional charge, he had already made sure that his crew preformed the superior oil change to ensure the well being of my car. Very grateful!
