Customers are entitled to take advantage of our rental car discount codes and pre-negotiated group rates which are honored at thousands of locations throughout the U.S. and abroad.

 
Map Routing Service
We will, at no charge, provide customers with 4-color mapping and travel route information to destinations they specify.
 
Theft And Hit & Run Protection
A $500 reward is offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for Hit & Run damages or stealing customers’ vehicles.
 
24-Hour Towing Service
Customers are entitled to emergency towing service at no out-of-pocket cost. Extended distance will be an additional expense covered by the customer.

24-Hour Emergency Roadside Assistance Benefits
Customers are covered for emergency road service throughout the U.S. and Canada.
24-Hour Lost Key Service
If keys are locked inside a customer’s vehicle, the customer will be assisted in gaining entry to the vehicle’s passenger compartment only. Locksmith services may be dispatched as needed at the customer’s expense for labor and key making.

24-Hour Tire Change Service
Customers may have their flat tire changed with their inflated and functional spare tire.
24-Hour Emergency Delivery
A service truck will deliver emergency supplies of gasoline, water, oil, or other necessary supplies. Customers pay only for the cost of the supplies.
24-Hour Battery Service
Customers are covered for battery boosts and minor adjustments to alternators, starters, etc. while on the road.
24-Hour Mechanical First Aid
Customers are entitled to any service requiring minor adjustments (exclusive of parts) to enable a disabled vehicle to proceed under its own power, where available.

Coverage Details

If you have purchased a Preferred or Supreme oil change, your coverage starts immediately!
If you have provided your email address to the Meineke center on the date of your service, you will be automatically enrolled into the Roadside Assistance Program. Please allow up to three weeks for your registration to process. An email will be sent to you after processing to confirm the activation of your coverage, but remember that your coverage begins the day you had service done! The e-mail will contain the full benefit package.
To renew your benefit, simply return to your Meineke center for another Preferred or Supreme Oil Change at the conclusion of your coverage term.

  • Q. When does my coverage begin?A. Coverage is effective for 4 months starting immediately after you have purchased your Preferred or Supreme oil change.
  • Q. How do I become enrolled in the program?A. If you have purchased a Preferred or Supreme oil change and provided your email address to the Meineke center on the date of your service, you will automatically be enrolled into the Roadside Assistance Program.

    An email will be sent to you up to 3 weeks after your service indicating that your coverage has been activated, but please note that your coverage always starts the day you had service done.
  • Q. What if I did not provide an email address?A. If you purchased a Preferred or Supreme oil change and did not provide the Meineke center with your email address, simply call the center and ask them to add your email address to their system.
  • Q. What if I did not receive my benefit?A. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your email notification. Please make sure to check your SPAM account, as some SPAM filters can prevent the notifications from being sent to your inbox.

    Even if you have not received your email confirmation, keep in mind that your coverage begins the day you had service done. If it has been more than 3 weeks and you have not received your email notification or if you have any questions, please call Driven Brands at 1-800-447-3070.
  • Q. What number do I call for roadside assistance?A. If you are in need of Roadside Assistance and are eligible for this service, please call the 24-Hour Emergency Roadside Assistance number which is 877-963-2460. You may be asked to provide your basic vehicle and contact information, Meineke location of where you had your Meineke oil change service done and the type of oil change purchased.
  • Q. What is the difference between a Preferred and Supreme Oil Change Benefit?A. Both Roadside Assistance programs have a 4 month term, and full 24-Hour Roadside Assistance benefits, however the Preferred program covers towing up to 5 miles, and the Supreme program up to 15 miles.

    The Supreme program also contains added benefits such as Rental Car Discounts, Map Routing Service and Theft & Hit & Run Protection.
  • Q. How do I renew my benefit?A. To renew your Meineke Roadside Assistance benefit, simply return to your Meineke center and purchase a Preferred or Supreme Oil Change.
  • Q. How are claims paid?A. As long as customers activate their Meineke RSA, their roadside assistance needs are covered up to the benefits listed.

    If a customer needs additional benefits, such as additional tow mileage than is specified free in their plan, the customer will need to pay out-of-pocket.
  • Q. Is the Meineke RSA tied to the member or the car?A. The Meineke RSA is tied to the car, the consumer must register their car online.
  • Q. What is involved in the 24-Hour Mechanical First Aid?A. Any available road service that is needed to get the consumer's covered vehicle running (i.e. hose replacement, tightening of cables or belts, etc.).

    The consumer is responsible for the actual cost of parts and / or supplies delivered.
  • Q. What is involved in the 24-Hour Tire Change Service?A. Includes the changing of a tire with the consumer's good spare.

    If the consumer does not have a spare, they will be towed to the nearest repair facility or tire shop.
  • Q. What is involved in the 24-Hour Emergency Delivery?A. A service truck will deliver emergency supplies of gasoline, water, oil, or other necessary supplies to the consumer.

    Consumers pay only for the cost of the supplies.
  • Q. What is involved in the 24-Hour Emergency Battery Service?A. The consumer is covered for the tightening or cleaning of cables, jumpstarts, and minor adjustments to the alternator.

    If the consumer needs a new battery they will be towed to the nearest repair facility.
  • Q. What is involved in the 24-Hour Lost Key Service?A. A locksmith will be sent to assist consumers to gain entry into their vehicle through passenger compartment only. A key can be made at the consumer's expense.
  • Q. What is involved in the Theft Hit & Run Protection?A. A $500 reward is offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for Hit & Run damages or stealing a consumer's vehicle.
  • Q. What is the cost for extra tow mileage?A. The Meineke RSA Program guarantees up to a 5 or 15 mile tow (depending on program) with no out-of-pocket expense. If a customer needs a tow longer than their guaranteed mileage, the pricing will be based per mile on the going rate at that location.
  • Q. What is the average estimated time of arrival (eta) for NSD’s contracted towers?A. NSD prides itself on a 36 minute ETA.
  • Q. What does a Meineke center do if they have a towing service?A. NSD is always looking to expand its network of experienced and professional towers. Please have your Meineke center contact NSD to begin the screening process.
