Auto Repair Reviews for Meineke Shop #279
After years of dealing with mechanics who constantly tried to upsell and overcharge me, finding Mike and the team at the Ballwin Meineke was a breath of fresh air. I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for three years now, and their customer service is unmatched. They do fantastic, thorough work and consistently go above and beyond—even helping me navigate and fight for extended manufacturer warranty claims. They are incredibly fair, efficient, and professional. It’s rare to find an auto shop with this level of integrity. Highly recommend!
Jenn Edwards,Called on a Sunday, someone answered and booked an appt for Monday. went in on time my car stated I needed brake pads 36% on front 20 % on back... after 20 mins. Mike the office manager comes out to tell me brakes are fine it was a glitch giving wrong info. I would have gotten the brakes done right then but he told me I was fine. Had an appt took almost 30 mins of their time and no charge. Will always use them . While waiting there were 2 other customers and they just kept talking about the great service to each other. I am thrilled that I found them👍🏻
Dottie Tanurchis,I was greeted by a very friendly and professional gentleman. I was kept informed along the way as I waited for them to complete my emissions inspection. I appreciated that they also removed a nail from my tire and fixed that. Lastly, they recommend a couple of things afterwards, but they were not pushy at all. I opted for one of the items and they did a great job. Their prices were very reasonable. I will be back. I highly recommend Meineke for your automotive needs!
Joy Chapman,I was able to get an online appt right away. The guy who helped me was super nice. He told me about the inspection and what they recommended but did not pressure me to buy that day. I need a battery and will go back next month and get one. Mike had excellent customer service with my service and the other customers I saw him helping. I really appreciate him checking my tire and being so friendly.
Angela McCallister,I had a great experience at the Meineke in Ballwin, MO. The entire team was professional, honest, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. They explained everything that needed to be done and contacted me right away whenever there were any changes or updates. A special thanks to Mike Perez, the service advisor, who was incredibly helpful and made sure I understood the repairs and costs every step of the way. Excellent customer service like his really makes a difference. After replacing my catalytic converter, my car runs much quieter, and I'm looking forward to improved fuel mileage as well. I really appreciate the quality of the work and the great communication. I highly recommend this Meineke location to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional auto service!
