I have visited the shop about 6 years now. The ownership and techs overall have absolutely been great and knowledgeable. They’ve gone above and beyond when asked to perform work or handle things differently such as pressing a National wheel bearing in for my Jeep. The problem I have is a very enthusiastic tech that is so enthusiastic to not work, staring at me from the garage entrance door, he goes out of his way to speak on behalf of the indoor reception at the desk. If I inquire as to when a state emission inspection is and ask about when time is available for Monday for an appointment, I do not expect you to be asinine and start imposing yourself as a tech over a receptionist to state what times you have available for hours and no appointments with a get out tone. You stopped at 1pm on Saturday, 12 April 2025. Fantastic. Because of the attitude, I went to Midas around the corner to have the inspection done before 5pm, same day. It’s your business how you run your shop. The shop was quiet and no work appeared to be ongoing. Because the tech was so abrasive and couldn’t take a hint of thank you when I was talking to the receptionist not once but twice, I decided to move along. I would find another tech and work to get more business but again, your shop, not mine. I find the tech to be asinine and if I have to deal with rude or aggressive behavior, I will take my dollars elsewhere. You are in a service field. Act accordingly. Don’t call or email me to ask questions, talk to your receptionist and fix the staff that apparently is allergic to work. If the shop is open, work. Otherwise , why remain open….? I hope the shop gets it together to maintain the business. Semper fi.
