I came here for my pre inspection on my current vehicle about 5 months ago and have returned for all maintenance/repairs since. Rich is always very helpful and straightforward. They get working on my car as soon as I get there and their time estimates are always accurate. They most recently replaced my eps dampener which if you own a 2013-2018 Toyota, Lexus or Hyundai sedan and have a rattling sound coming from your steering wheel when you go over bumps/brake, that’s probably the issue. Car has been running perfectly ever since. I would recommend Meineke in Groton for any and all vehicle related issues.

All staff were incredibly helpful and got me right in for service.
Representative that answered phone was very quick to offer immediate assistance. Friendly staff. Could have gone with a less expensive route in regard to their diagnostic testing fee compared to my regular service center, but I appreciated their ability to get my vehicle in and answers promptly.
