Mike and Shawn at Meineke here in Oakville provided service above and beyond the
call of duty. They came out to my home to investigate an oil leak which had
rendered our Sienna undrivable. They suggested we tow it in and after assessing
the problem they fixed an oil leak and the car was ready to be picked up.
The days of doctor visits have come and gone but at least we can take comfort in
the fact that Meineke Car Care here in Oakville still makes house calls. We
truly appreciate their commitment to service and will continue to use them as
our care specialists of choice. We also will be singing their praises to friends
and colleagues. Thank you very much for your time.

"Today I had the pleasure of going to your Meineke
location at 1466 Dundas St. in London, ON. I was a first time customer
to Meineke.
I was absolutely impressed with the positive image the staff at this location
showed. I was treated with as much courtesy and respect as if I were dining
at a fine restaurant! The names of the two gentlemen I dealt with today
were Frank and Dave. They were so polite and efficient. They used the
words 'please' and 'thank you'. They told me how long my car would take
to repair and didn't take any longer than what they said. You should know
that they represented your company in a highly professional manner. I
certainly did not expect to receive such a high caliber of customer service
from a muffler shop.
It has been a long time since I've received service at this level from
any business. Your prices were the best value I could find in London,
the waiting area was tidy, and again, the service was topnotch. I have
had exhaust work done on my car several times through my regular mechanic.
However, he has now lost my business in that area! I will definitely bring
my car back to Meineke for as many services as I can for those that you
provide.
Good work Frank and Dave in London! On a rating scale of 5 stars being
excellence, you certainly earned all 5 stars!"

"A wonderful experience. I took my Volvo into the Oakville
Meineke Shop on Speers Road. They hoisted the car up, found that the plug
in the pipe had popped out, welded it back on and sent me on my way. No
muss, no fuss. I asked how much, and Harry said "come on back when you
need a new muffler." Best bit of marketing I have ever seen. It was a
wonderful experience and I think this particular garage should be commended.
They were kind, thorough, courteous and friendly. I will forever take
my business back to them and encourage my friends to as well. Nothing
like a good word-of-mouth story. Well done to the Meineke Family of Shops
- you have taken service to a new level."
