Their tech 'James' rode with me so I could show him how and when the noise occured. He recognized the sound, re-turned the rotors, and replaced the brake linings. . .all still withing the 90 warranty period. He asked me to drive and rode with me to make sure the problem had been resolved to my satisfaction. It had! Great work.
