I drove my truck up to Seattle as I had a family business to take care of due to my mother illness, and her moving into a health care facility. The truck developed a noise coming from the exhaust system which I thought might be a muffler problem. As I am originally from Seattle and had been to Meineke years ago that’s where I went for service. A young man by the name of Dennis waited on my sister and I and told us to leave the truck and to call back in an hour to hear what the problem was. I was expecting the worst and hoping that it might just be a loose bolt. I called back and Dennis told me that the truck was ready. He looked everything over and the problem was a loose bolt or nut which he had tightened. I picked the truck up and was further surprised to learn that there was "no charge". I think today it is rare to find such honesty and professionalism in the business world. I don't know if it is only that specific dealer, a great employee or your business philosophy but it certainly works. I will definitively seek out your car care centers if I have a problem.
