I moved recently but still travel to Indiana for work and to get my car serviced. Tyler Mendenhall has always gone above and beyond to help me. I've taken several cars in over the years and he is always consistent. He is pleasant and professional, never pushy. I feel he's gone above his normal responsibilities to ensure my satisfaction. More than most service departments would, and I've been in the car business 16 years. It is because of the way that he has treated me that I continue to choose Meineke. This letter is long overdue, but better late than never. Please make sure it gets to his manager as well as corporate.
