After a recent visit to your center, I felt compelled to send a quick note with regard to your courtesy.

I had a ruptured brake line on I95 and was fortunate to make it to your shop. Your services came recommended by a few colleagues of mine who live in your area. I was 50 miles from my home and needed assistance on the weekend and ASAP as this was my only vehicle. I arrived in your shop around 3pm Saturday. You were gracious to give me consideration for Monday morning in your busy schedule. When the job turned out to be larger than expected, I was informed that it would be until Tuesday to finish. The only ride I had available from Philadelphia to Elkton was in the am.

Rather than have me wait through the day at your shop, the manager, Diane spoke with the owner Lou and they arranged a courtesy ride for me to the local shopping mall and to lunch at a local eatery. Throughout the repair, I was shown specifically what had gone wrong with my brake lines/system, and what would be needed to fix it. When I returned, I found my vehicle back in working order and was given a coffee for the road.

This treatment was above and beyond standard. I was treated like an old friend rather than just another paying customer. It was refreshing to deal with people with this attitude and I hope this type of customer care is contagious.

A week or so ago we had our 1999 Honda Civic towed to your place after breaking down on the highway. On Saturday morning one of your mechanics looked at it and let us know it was basically trashed (large hole in the oil pan and radiator, one of which managed to put a large puddle of oil in the middle of your shop).

I am writing to express our appreciation for all of the help -- you were kind enough to let us hang out in the waiting area pretty much all day until my wife arrived from our home in southeast Virginia, and contacted a local junkyard to arrange for us to dispose of the car, which was obviously on its last legs. You and the genteman who worked on the car could not have been nicer, and we truly appreciate everything that you did. We will be sure to recommend you to anyone we know in the area.
