I have worked in a muffler shop before and had a good idea of what was needed to repair my exhaust system. I visited another muffler shop and was quoted a partial and entire system (to fix what was obviously a "broken weld"). Your shop was more concerned with fixing the problem rather than selling a not-yet-needed system. What the other guys don't realize is that you just sold the next system when it is needed. I am sure you receive hundreds of letters complaining about what customer feel locations have done to negatively impact their car repair experience. I am writing to you to tell you what an amazing experience I have had with your Hermitage location. I was blessed to come across the guys at your Hermitage location Al and Joe about six years ago when I was having car trouble. At the time I was a single mom and had been taken advantage of several times by shady car repair places. From that first experience the guys at Meineke have treated me with respect and their level of honesty and advice has been a huge blessing to me and my family. Over the past six years I have gotten married and two of my three boys have begun to drive; now all of our cars are serviced regularly at Meineke. I have even referred several friends there as well. I just want you to know that this group of great guys have always been amazing to everyone that I have sent to them and given all of us amazing customer service time and time again.
