Raymond Nicolai

In February of 1999, I had a lifetime muffler put on at store #1050 at 2211 Harvell Plaza, Bellevue, NE. I have just returned from there. They replaced the muffler on which the baffles came loose. No charge. I paid $12 for some clamps, which I was very glad to do. It is uplifting to go in these days where people are honest and do good work ... like Charlie and mechanic Richard. Other people there were also impressed with this place. I told Charlie I was going to write to you folks, which I've done before. I hope you let them know how I feel about their honesty and good work. I tell all my family and friends.
