I had multiple problems with my Honda, I took it to the Meineke Shop in Dumfries, VA. They not only diagnosed the problems quickly and correctly. They also fixed the issues in a timely fashion for a very reasonable rate. The mechanic Abdul was very friendly and explained the issues with my car. I know absolutely nothing about cars and I feel I can trust the people at this Meineke Shop. They fix your car the first time and for a very reasonable price.

The Monday after Christmas, my wife and I set out for what we hoped would be a trouble free visit to our daughter and granddaughter's home in North Carolina.

As we approached the Washington Beltline, I realized there was a problem with the exhaust system on my 1994 Ford Probe. We got off the belt-way and found a motel in Dumfries, Virginia. Fortunately for us, it was located next door to a Meineke muffler repair shop.

I checked the sign on the door and learned the shop opened at 8:00am. The following morning, I went to the shop, and explained my problem to a gentleman named Don. He told a mechanic named Tom what my problem was. Moments later my Probe was on a lift and I was shown the problem, the extension pipe on the muffler had broken.

They checked the computer inventory and said they had the parts in stock. Less than 45 minutes later, the exhaust system was repaired and Mrs. King and I were back on the road to North Carolina.

It was a pleasure to deal with these two professionals. I regret not asking them their last names, so I could properly acknowledge them. I appreciate the way they handled our problem and the prompt repairs. This service convinced me that Meineke is the place to go, should I need future service.

I was very pleased with the service I received at the shop of manager Rafi Ahmed. The shop was clean, and the employees were very pleasant and professional. I felt very confident that I got great service, and the cost was fair. The manager, Rafi, was extremely kind and explained the problem with my vehicle so that I understood it. My car was repaired in a timely manner. I would refer anyone to this shop for repairs.
